We are honored to receive contributions in memory of a loved one. If you would like to make a gift in memory of someone, please use our Secure Online Giving Form. Please tell us the name of the person the gift is in memory of and the name and contact information if you would like us to notify a family member or friend of your gift. We will send a card to the family member or friend you designate to let them know of your memorial gift.
All memorial gifts are listed in our quarterly newsletter under the name of the person being remembered.
Many of our patient families have asked us how to include information in an obituary that would suggest gifts be made to Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care. If you would like to do this, the following is a sample of wording you may want to use:
“In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care at 222 E. Canon Perdido St., Santa Barbara, CA 93101 or by visiting their website at www.vnhcsb.org.”
Tribute Gifts
If you would like to make a gift in honor of a staff person or a friend or family member on a special occasion, you may do so by using our Secure Online Giving Form. Please provide us with contact information and we will send a card to the individual letting them know of your tribute gift.
All tribute gifts are listed in our quarterly newsletter under the name of the person being honored.
