 Losing a loved one can be among the most difficult times in a person's life. However, celebrating their memory is an important part of the grieving process and one way to ensure they are never forgotten. Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care has created this special online Memorial Wall to offer family and friends a way of honoring and preserving the memory of those they have lost. Below, you'll find the names of people who have been remembered through a memorial donation to VNHC, listed in alphabetical order by last name. Listed under each memorial are the names of family and friends who've made charitable gifts in that person's honor.
