Sometimes you know exactly why you need in-home care, and what kind of services you need. Perhaps your wife is coming home from the hospital following a recent illness and you need extra help around the house, or your dad fell and broke his hip and you know you’re going to need a physical therapist who will go to his home. There are other times when you know there is a problem – Mom is forgetting to take her medicines regularly, or your elderly aunt is beginning to skip meals – but you don’t know what help you need, or how or where to find it.

Fortunately, you don’t need to figure it out on your own. You can call Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care and we’ll help. We’ll ask you a few questions about your situation and help decide what services you need. After you call we’ll take care of everything, so you don’t have to worry. We’ll contact your doctor, if necessary, and meet with you and your family to determine your insurance eligibility. We will also take care of scheduling your nurse or other health care providers, order any needed equipment or supplies, and coordinate and oversee your care.

Sometimes questions come up after normal business hours. You can call us any time of day or night. We’ll listen to your questions and explore how we can help. Our nurses are available around the clock to address medical concerns.
