Caring for an elderly parent or spouse who lives in her or his own home can be challenging and worrisome. You want them to enjoy a high quality of life and remain as independent as possible in their own home. You want to help but may not be able to do it all. You may be juggling a job and raising children or living out-of-town while trying to care for the needs of your loved one. Our Care Manager can provide assistance and resources for your family member, offering you peace of mind.

Our Care Managers are nurses with special training for the needs of older adults. After completing a thorough assessment of your loved one’s needs, your nurse recommends a plan that addresses health and safety concerns to preserve dignity and independence at home. Your nurse’s services are individualized and flexible. They range from providing information about community resources and programs to stepping in like a family member to identify and coordinate needed personal care and support.

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards for payment of services. We will also coordinate with your long-term insurance provider if applicable. Please find more information under Payment for Services.
